The exercises pertaining to the dynamic yoga style of Jivamukti are an approved method of tackling our dayto- day tensions and reducing stress. I would be happy to work out individual sequences of yoga exercises for you. This way, everybody is able to regain the natural flexibility we were all endowed with at birth.
Yoga leads to a higher serenity and an altered way of looking at things – thus ultimately resulting in a more peaceful, harmonic life.
